About Us

Welcome to One Home Foundation

One home foundation is a non-profit organization that aims at providing shelter to those who are in need, across the globe. Our main motto is to provide “one home for all”. We aim to build the integrated settlements in different places across the nation where people from different religions, castes and creeds can share a common shelter.
“Home” is not just about two bricks put together with concrete mixes, it’s not just a roof, surrounded by walls, doors or a few windows. A Home is all about our hopes and dreams and a place where our story begins. Home is where love resides, where most of our dreams start and end right before our very own eyes, where we build a foundation for us and our loved ones with memories, emotions and most importantly, our family members.

Christopher Benninger

Born in Hamilton, Ohio in 1942 as the second of two children, Benninger grew up in Gainesville, Florida, where his father was a Professor at the University of Florida. He studied urban planning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and architecture at Harvard's Graduate School of Design, where he later taught (1969–72).

I feel the end is all about being a perpetual student, finding good teachers and walking starry-eyed under the continuous spell of curiosity.

Our Causes

Raise your funds for a cause that
you care

There are generally two types of people in the world. One who need help and the other who have the ability to help. But in the meantime, there is a line of people working continuously and relentlessly to ensure that people who need help get help from those who can provide help. We are the line of intermediaries, who organize and coordinate a series of events and workshops to raise funds to help the less fortunate. One home foundation is a nonprofit organization that unifies the chepaang community to sustainably improve their health and wellbeing while building integrated settlements for earthquake victims. Donations from generous people will give our campaign a desired kick start. We need your charity to help those in need to change their future they never envisioned.

Our Mission

Milestone achieved

The world is going through rough times in recent years; facing natural disasters, wars, conflicts, pollution and poverty which in turn are destroying thousands and thousands of houses and the exponentially growing population has further added on to the existing issues, creating a demand for new houses. These have created a huge need for houses all over the world. We believe that with public involvement, proper management, cost-effective designs and an un-withering determination to give back to the community, these problems can be solved. Our goal is to be the architects of the people where we can provide an effective solution to individual shelter-needs throughout the globe and to minimize homelessness by making data-driven decisions, collaborating with our valued patrons, community stakeholders, and ensuring accountability.

Roll of Patrons

Patrons achieved

The remarkable contribution of our sponsors is recognized by our president, Shrinkhala Khatiwada, reigning Miss Nepal World 2018, who is also an architect by profession and has a keen interest in those who give so generously to our trust.
